At The Food Innovation Lab, we're passionate about fostering creativity and innovation within the food industry.
The Food Innovation Lab supports students in developing food business ideas by helping them identify and work through real-world problems in the food industry. The program is designed to support students who are serious about starting a food business or developing a food-related project. Through hands-on kitchen access, education, and guidance, students can test ideas, evaluate feasibility, and take steps toward building a viable business.
The kitchen is designed for experimentation, recipe development, and testing, and not for producing products at scale or for sale.
