Snider Consulting Program (Undergraduate)
The Snider Consulting Program is a competitive experiential learning program that brings together talented undergraduate students from across the University of Pennsylvania to work on semester-long consulting engagements with startups in the Penn ecosystem and build on these experiences semester after semester. Guided by an experienced Program Advisor, participants develop consulting, leadership, and client management skills while delivering meaningful strategic insights to real organizations.
Participation in Snider Consulting is an educational experience intended to complement your academic studies. It is not employment, but rather a co-curricular learning opportunity designed to provide practical experience aligned with your educational and professional interests. This position is solely for your educational interest without promise or expectation of compensation.
As a participant, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Time Commitment
You will dedicate approximately 7–10 hours per week throughout the academic year.
While the program will make reasonable efforts to accommodate academic obligations, participants are expected to manage their schedules to fulfill all program responsibilities.
We anticipate your participation for AY 27 will continue through May 15, 2027 with the opportunity to continue throughout your academic experience at Penn.
Required Program Events:
End of Year celebration dinner, includes graduate and undergrad Snider teams (scheduled for Tuesday, April 6th 2027 from 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)
Joiner showcase - (scheduled for Wednesday, April 7th 2027 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)
Spring training with Boston Consultant Group
Undergraduate Eligibility - Snider Consulting undergraduate recruitment for the 2026–2027 Academic Year is open to all undergraduate students from all Penn schools.
